In June of 2020, Everbridge commissioned Forrester to conduct a Total Economic Impact™ Study on the cost savings and business benefits enabled by a critical event management platform.
The study revealed that organizations that use Everbridge’s platform respond to, and contain, critical events—including the ongoing pandemic, cyberattacks, IT outages, severe weather, workplace violence, terrorism, or supply chain disruptions—more effectively than those that do
not deploy its CEM solution.
As a result, Everbridge customers benefit from safer workforces, reductions in property damage, decreases in IT downtime, and increased employee productivity, among other benefits.
Watch special guests, Kim Finnerty, Consultant at Forrester, Stephanie Balaouras, VP at Forrester Research and Michael Collar, Global Center of Excellence at Everbridge as they review the key findings from the recently updated Forrester TEI study and provide real-world examples of
how organizations are utilizing Everbridge’s critical event management platform.
Discussion topics include:
- The ROI of proactively managing critical events, including the largest critical event of our lifetime, the COVID-19 pandemic
- Cost savings impact and unquantified benefits, like duty of care and effective communication, associated with Everbridge Critical Event Management solutions
- Customer case studies showcasing improved operations while saving time and money
