About the speaker
 Dr.
Juliane Kause heads up Anvil Group's in-house medical assistance service, Anvil Assist, and is fully accredited in Acute and Critical Care Medicine, Aeromedical Retrieval and International Medical Assistance.
Dr.
Kause’s extensive career has seen her hold various positions including Chief Flight Doctor and General Manager (Air Ambulance).
She is also a founding member of the International Society for Rapid Response Systems and has contributed to research and co-authored textbook chapters on acute physiological deterioration and rapid response systems.
Dr.
Kause has also worked within the NHS as a Consultant in Critical Care and Acute Medicine.
As part of her NHS remit, Dr.
Kause developed and introduced new systems to improve out-of-hours services, which have since been adopted internationally.
Dr.
Kause is an expert in Occupational Travel Health and believes passionately in taking a more holistic view that supports the physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing of travelers.
Throughout the pandemic, whilst supporting Anvil's international client base, Dr.
Kause has also been working with the NHS to provide pandemic clinical support. |
