By all indications, working from home will be an important part of the new normal. Studies indicate that more than half of Americans want to continue working remotely, and two-thirds of companies may make their current work-from-home (WFH) policies permanent. It is time for organizations to mature their approach to working from home and rebalance the wellness-productivity equations for the long haul.

While the entire reason to move employees to home office environments was to protect their health, remote working creates a whole host of new challenges. Protecting employees' mental and physical wellness is on top of the pile. Struggles with burnout, distractions, and isolation for employees working from home can have a negative impact on both engagement and productivity, as well as health.

Expert, Steve Crimando, outlines how to find the balance between wellness and productivity.
