Robert Evans serves as the Director of K-12 Services for Margolis Healy. He specializes in safety, security and emergency preparedness for public, private and independent K-12 schools and school districts. Rob’s executive law enforcement and military experience provides a unique background to offer clients a wide range of specialized services that includes, school safety planning, training and exercise support, emergency management consultation, Immediate Action Response Training (IART), Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) development, litigation consultation and special investigations/independent reviews. Rob has worked with public and private schools across the country to enhance their existing safety and security planning efforts and assist in the development and implementation of future school safety initiatives.
