Office Hours with Everbridge Customer Success is an initiative led by the Everbridge Customer Success Enablement team. These monthly sessions are designed to be informative, interactive, as well as help Everbridge Suite Users understand best practices and receive valuable tips and tricks to be successful with your Everbridge solution. Each session will be topic driven.
Please join us for our July 15th Office Hours session where the topic will be: Understanding Templates. This session will be interactive as we welcome you to submit your questions during the session for us to address and share with your fellow community of Everbridge Users. Whether it's a question on the difference between Notification and Incident Templates or when to use a Message Template vs. a Notification Template - we welcome them all!
This session is intended for Users who have access to create and/or send templates in their Everbridge Suite.
