The COVID-19 pandemic is a massive challenge requiring a response at all levels of government. Being less than one year old, our understanding of the spread and effects of the virus, along with mitigation strategies, is evolving, which in turn affects government and community response. It is important to view the entire scope of the response to strengthen individual pieces.
