During this webinar session, the Everbridge Customer Success team will outline how to proactively review and prepare your Everbridge Suite for optimum effectiveness during a disaster such as hurricanes or wildfires. By the end of this session, attendees will have an action plan to ensure:
- Users are enabled to use the system
- System Settings will lead to positive results
- Templates are configured using effective messaging practices
- There are no Unreachable Contacts in the system
- Recommended system testing in preparation for a disaster is conducted
