Out of sight cannot mean out of mind
Among other things, the COVID-19 pandemic has led to an explosion of workers telecommuting; up to half of Americans are currently working from home, nearly double the fraction who worked from home in 2019. However, employers are still under a Duty of Care to protect their employees, no matter where they are.
