As a resilience leader for more than 25 years, Damian has assisted companies in reducing the financial and reputational impacts associated with business disruptions and disasters. He has been named a “Top 25 Consultant” by Consulting Magazine, and has spoken at leading resilience conferences, as well as authored more than 50 articles on risk and resilience-related topics.

Christopher Joneleit, Incident Manager, Corporate Resilience Team, New York Life Insurance Company

Chris joined NYL in January 2018 as part of Operational Risk Management – Frameworks and Governance team, where he was assisting in leading the implementation of the enterprise-wide Governance, Controls and Compliance (GRC) tools. He is a former Airborne Ranger with the U.S. Army. He received his MBA in Executive Management and Information Systems at St. John's University.
