As President of The European Safety and Stadium Management Association, he champions best practices across Europe. His advisory services span stadium projects in Europe, Qatar, India, and Australia, emphasizing his global safety management influence.

Daniel Heal, Partner at Control Risks - Global Head of Sport, Entertainment & Major Events

Leading Control Risks’ global sports consulting practice, Daniel collaborates with organizing committees, sponsors, broadcasters, insurers, leagues, associations, and many other stakeholders to deliver world-class integrity, resilience, and security solutions. Since joining Control Risks in 2004, he has supported organizations across the world in their efforts to become more secure, compliant, and resilient. Now based in Saudi Arabia, he also focuses on Giga Projects in the region.

Department of Army - United States Military Academy, West Point

Matthew Cassidy, Installation Protection Officer, leads protection pillars including antiterrorism, continuity of operations, emergency management, fire & emergency services, law enforcement, and physical security. Luke Pagan, Installation Antiterrorism Officer, manages the antiterrorism program, safeguarding against hostile events, and coordinates contingency planning for all-hazard threats within the Installation Emergency Operations Center.

Moderator: Tracy Reinhold, Chief Security Officer at Everbridge

As Everbridge CSO, Tracy Reinhold spearheads the company's enterprise-level security strategies, collaborating with customers and partners to enhance their approach to critical event response. Formerly at Fannie Mae, he directed enterprise resilience initiatives, and as VP of Global Investigations at Walmart, led diverse teams worldwide. With 22 years at the FBI, Tracy held key roles including Associate Executive Assistant Director for National Security, overseeing the intelligence division.
