Sarah Batmale, Senior Technical Account Manager, Everbridge

Sarah Batmale, Everbridge Technical Account Manager, serves as a dedicated resource to the State of Oregon and the success of the OR-Alert program. OR-Alert chose Everbridge as their statewide solution for emergency alerts and mass messaging in order "to provide people in Oregon with meaningful opportunities to make life-saving decisions in the face of emergencies". Sarah has served as a technical expert and as an extension of their team, including but not limited to, onsite assistance at Incident Command Posts and Emergency Operation Centers during major emergency events. Prior to coming to Everbridge, Sarah served as an Emergency Preparedness Coordinator for a local Municipality where she served as a PIO and JIC lead.

Matt Frauenhoffer, Product Marketing Manager for xMatters

Matt Frauenhoffer is the Product Marketing Manager for xMatters, with over 15 years of IT and Software Development experience in various roles throughout his career. Outside of work, Matt is also a volunteer firefighter and EMT with his local community fire department. He enjoys helping people and organizations, no matter what challenges they might be facing, with a collaborative and blameless approach.
