Brian Toolan serves as the Vice President for Global Public Safety with Everbridge, Inc. In his role, Brian has responsibility over the public and employee safety strategy as well as emerging technology solutions. Brian served as the Technical Account Manager over the Statewide deployment in Florida & New York State. Brian is a subject matter expert in Public Warning, emergency communications, threat, and risk intelligence as well as employee and executive protection. Before Everbridge, Brian served a 25-year career in public Safety for the State of Connecticut, Department of Public Safety. Achieving the position of Operations Chief, Brian’s responsibilities included statewide emergency and disaster response.

Chris Grollnek is a highly respected professional in the field of Active Shooter Prevention, with over 33 years of experience in protective measures. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his time in the Marine Corps, Law Enforcement, and the Private Sector, where he has provided strategic advisory services to top executives in the country.
