During this webinar session, the Everbridge Customer Success team will outline how to proactively review and prepare your Everbridge Suite for optimum effectiveness during a disaster such as hurricanes or wildfires. By the end of this session, attendees will have an action plan to ensure:
• Users are enabled to use the system
• System Settings will lead to positive results
• Templates are configured using effective messaging practices
• There are no Unreachable Contacts in the system
• Are all Contacts geo-coded?
• Recommended system testing in preparation for a disaster is conducted
