Webinar:
Community Policing with Everbridge Nixle

Date/Time: Thursday, July 27, 2017, 1:00 PM (ET)/10:00 AM (PT)
Speaker: Jim Gatta, Director, Community Engagement

Community policing has been around long enough now that most everyone in the law enforcement community has at one time or another heard the phrase, read an article, or had specific community-oriented policies come about in their agency. One of the most basic tenets of the community policing theory revolves around opening up lines of communication with residents to facilitate productive conversation between law enforcement and community members.

On Thursday, July 27th, Everbridge Nixle's own Jim Gatta, Director of Community Engagement, will be presenting use cases from across the country surrounding agencies who have used Everbridge Nixle to promote and strengthen their community policing agendas. Following the presentation there will be a short 10 minute group demonstration of the Everbridge Nixle Solution for public safety communications. During this presentation, you will discover how to use Nixle for the following:

  • Easily increase your resident subscriber base
  • Expand your audience with social media integration
  • Leverage two-way tipping to solve crimes and find missing persons faster
Following the general session will be a 10 minute Q and A with the speaker.
