2017 has been a tumultuous year for public safety agencies. Terrorism has reared its ugly head in cities across Europe, and has made an appearance here in the United States just a few weeks ago. With the evolving nature of violence in today's world, every public safety agencies must be prepared to respond not only to active shooter events, but other types of mass violence events as well.

Tom will be presenting his best practices for effectively managing mass violence events from a crisis management and behavioral analysis coordinator's perspective. This interactive webinar will address the creation of communication plans and proper coordination of state and federal agencies during a mass violence event.
