Office Hours with Everbridge Customer Success is an initiative led by the Everbridge Customer Success Enablement team. These monthly sessions are designed to be informative, interactive, as well as help Everbridge Suite Users understand best practices and receive valuable tips and tricks to be successful with your Everbridge solution.  Each session will be topic driven.
Please join us for our March 18th inaugural Office Hours session where the topic will be:  Effective Group Management.  This session will be interactive as we welcome you to submit your questions during the session for us to address and share with your fellow community of Everbridge Users.  Whether it's a question on how to avoid overriding Groups, assigning a Contact to multiple Groups, or what are Dynamic Groups and how to establish Group Hierarchy - we welcome them all!
This session is intended for Users who have access to Groups in their Everbridge Suite.
