This session will go through the basics of launching an Incident and follow up reporting, covering best practices of:

-Incident Review (Message, Contacts, and Settings)

-Sending the Notification

-Notification Follow Up and Reporting


The intended audience are users who have access to the Incidents module in Everbridge and are either an Incident Operator or Administrator who are new to or would like a refresher on the basic process of sending an Incident Notification with Everbridge Suite.
