Christopher Riccardi, CHSP, CHEP
Chris Riccardi is the Manager of the Emergency Preparedness Program for Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance and San Pedro, CA. His responsibilities include oversigh of the hospital's management of the federally funded Healthcare Preparedness Program and development of various hospital training programs related to disaster preparedness. Chris currently presides as the Chair for the California Hospital Association's Emergency Management Advisory Committee. Chris also represents hospitals as a member of the Los Angeles County EMS/Department of Public Health Disaster Coalition Advisory Committee. 

Terry Stone, RN, MS, EMS
Terry Stone is currently the Safety Officer and Emergency Preparedness Manager of Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital in Valencia, CA. Terry is a registered nurse, has a Master's in Healthcare Administration, and is certified in healthcare quality and emergency management. The majority of her career has been in nursing, administrative leadership positions, and emergency management in the acute care hospital setting. Terry and Chris Riccardi are both part of the Los Angeles Healthcare Coalition and partnered in developing the 15 to 50 approach to a Mass Casualty Incident. 

E. Bradford Baldridge, MD
Brad Baldridge is a physician in the emergency department at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance, where he serves on the hospital's disaster committee.  He is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Baldridge received his medical degree from the Brown-Dartmouth Program in Medicine. Dr. Baldridge completed an emergency medicine internship and residency at Los Angeles County -- Harbor -- UCLA Medical Center.
